Return/Refund Policy
For eligible returns, store credit will be issued.
Return requests are accepted within 14 days of the order delivery date. The delivery date is considered the date the tracking information marks the package as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not issue refunds to credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or any alternate form of payment used as payment on an order.
To start a return, please contact us at phoenixshopinquiry@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first receiving a return approval will not be accepted, nor will returns that do not meet the conditions as noted above. You are responsible for return postage/shipping charges.

Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and digital downloads/e-books. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. You may return an item according to return policy (see above) and make a separate purchase for the new item.
